Prolife walk

"A nation that kills its own cildren is a nation without hope"- Pope John Paul the Great

This is the new bumper sticker on the back of our Saturn Vue.  When you see me driving around Orland Park if you agree!

Today Matt and I walked in the south side Walk for Life to better the Women Centers of Greater Chicagoland.  It was a great oppertunity for fellowship with amoung the south side parishes and to promote respect for life.  This matter is near and dear to my heart.  It breaks my heart to think that women kill their babies.  There are so many ways to recieve help if you have a shread of doubt about being a good mother.  Babies are the helpless victems in the whole abortion issue.

We met some other great prolife families.  One family had 6 children, four whom joined us for the walk.  They are a beautiful representation on how children are a gift from God and how it is in God's hands how many children we as a married couple are blessed to have.

If you missed a chance to donate they are still taking donations year round so please consider donating.

On another note today is seminary Sunday in the Arch-diocese of Chicago.  Please take time to pray for all those considering or currently being educated to take on the vocation of religious life.
